Because our services are digital and intangible (such as CV making, document editing, typing, translation, and professional writing), we have designed our cancellation and refund policy to reflect the nature of digital products and services.

1. Cancellation & Revisions

• Cancellation Window: You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of placing the order, provided that the work has not yet been delivered or finalized.

• Revision Requests: If the delivered digital document or work does not meet your requirements or contains errors, you are entitled to request revisions. Please submit your revision requests within 7 days of receiving the initial delivery.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the digital and personalized nature of our services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis:

• Eligible for Refund:

  • The order was canceled within the 7-day cancellation window, and no work had started.

  • The final digital deliverable contains major technical or factual errors caused by our team, and we are unable to rectify the issue through revisions within a reasonable timeframe.

• Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Personalized / Completed Work: Services that have already been fully delivered, such as a completed CV, typing task, or translation, as these cannot be physically returned.

  • Change of Mind: Requests for refunds after the final work has been delivered according to your initial specifications.

3. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To exercise your right of cancellation or to request a refund, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement via email.

4. Processing Refunds

• If your refund request is approved, we will reimburse you no later than 14 business days from the day the refund is approved.

• We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
